Multi-Trade/Carpenter | Full-Time | Contract or Employment | Sydney
The Role
We are seeking a fit, reliable, and well-presented trade person, to join our current team. Our work is varied across multi-trade carpentry disciplines in the Sydney and the Northern Suburbs.
The successful applicants must be able to work independently on a job site and or within a team. You will also be required to maintain the highest level of professionalism and trade finish with respect to the final product.
Ideally, your experience in the residential construction or residential additions sector, even shopfitting or metal roofing/cladding would be a strong attribute for the role. Working in tandem with the project coordinator to ensure the project meets timelines and customer satisfaction, with a keen eye for workmanship, efficiency, and quality.
Training would be available from our network of experienced staff and industry partners, allowing you to build on your established skill sets.

Full Time employment; ABN contract, or salary-based agreement as it suits the individual.
Pay is negotiable.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensure tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.

Demonstrate proficiency in your trade.

Collaborate with project managers and team members for timely project completion.

Interpret and adhere to plans, scope of works, and project specifications.

Prioritise safety standards and protocols on job sites.

Problem-solve on the job to address challenges.

Take a hands-on approach to tasks and communicate clearly with clients.

Leave job sites clean and tidy upon completion.
Requirements

Current driver's licence
-
White Card
-
Trade qualified preferred with relevant industry experience

Experience in multi-trade is desirable, e.g. concreting, metal roofing, cladding, ect.

Good communication & time management skills

Strong work ethic

Attention to detail

Demonstrated understanding of OH&S responsibilities.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of our team.
