Adam Bahrami
Director & Chief Visionary Officer
Adam Bahrami began his career in the construction industry in 1999 and later completed a Bachelor of Project Management, building the foundation for what would become more than 25 years of industry experience across construction, development and project delivery.
​
Early in his career, Adam worked alongside some of Australia’s leading insurance companies, gaining extensive hands-on experience managing complex construction, remediation and operational projects. These formative years developed the practical, solutions-focused and commercially driven approach that continues to shape OwnerDeveloper today.
​
In 2004, Adam established his first construction company with a vision to deliver a more strategic and client-focused approach to construction and development. Over the following decades, he expanded his expertise across project management, development strategy, feasibility, construction delivery, operational leadership and private property development projects.
​
Throughout his career, Adam has successfully delivered projects both privately and on behalf of clients across residential, mixed-use and strategic development sectors. His experience also extends into acting as a Superintendent on construction projects, serving as an Expert Witness within legal proceedings and mentoring emerging developers and industry professionals.
​
Today, Adam leads the operational, on-site and project delivery side of OwnerDeveloper, overseeing construction coordination, development strategy, risk management, project execution and client advisory across the business.
With more than $400 million in completed projects and decades of hands-on industry experience, Adam continues to guide clients through the realities of property development with practical expertise, strategic insight and commercially focused decision-making.
Ida Boyaji brings a multidisciplinary background across design, planning, operations and business strategy to OwnerDeveloper.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences, a Bachelor in Interior Architecture and a Real Estate Licence, combining design understanding with operational management and development knowledge across the business.
​
Ida’s introduction to the property development industry began while working alongside her father during her university years, where she quickly developed a strong interest in development strategy, project coordination and client engagement.
​
Today, Ida leads the in-house operational and strategic side of OwnerDeveloper, overseeing planning coordination, due diligence, development administration, design management, client communication and business operations.
​
Her ability to combine strategic thinking, operational systems and client-focused communication has become a key part of the company’s continued growth, internal structure and delivery approach.
